MEMS 多軸力センサを用いた生物の運動計測





平面型多軸力センサを用いた液滴の移動力計測




 

垂直方向、せん断1方向の微小な力が測定できるセンサを提案し、このセンサを利用して液滴滑りにおける液滴の接触面の力分布を直接リアルタイムで計測できるシステムを実現した。
